Services - consulting services,provided by Monoup, including analytics of payment infrastructure of the client,  research by the client’s request about payment methods operating at any given location (and their functionality), selection of providers for the client, solution of complex problems, connected to payment chains and their performance at the individual request of the client and/or other tasks within the framework of providing consultations. The list of monoup services does not include payment processing or money transfers. Monoup is not a financial provider and does not offer third party funds transfers and shall not be responsible for any activities of payment providers discussed during the consultation.

What information do we collect

We collect only the personal information about you that is necessary to provide the Services.

When providing the Services, we collect the following types of personal information:

- Statistics - the maximum amount of one transaction, total gross transactions per month, per year;

- Analytical data from past periods revealing the functionality of the payment acceptance system – conversion rates, reasons for rejected transactions, volumes and purposes of payments;

- Analytical data/reports containing information about relevant conversion indicators of the client’s business and the quality of attracted audience;

- The web address of the company's website.

The information requested in the Questionnaire is mandatory for the provision of the service and assessing the possibility of further interaction with monoup.

How we use the information we receive

The information we receive when you use our site is stored by us, as we act as its controller.

The information you provided in the Questionnaire is an electronic document and is used for the purpose of identifying a chance and providing consultation on the payments scope.

If it is impossible to provide a service that meets the requirements specified by the client in the application, the information received from the client is stored by Monoup for the purpose of offering updated services that may meet client’s requirements.

Access to information of third parties

We do not disclose your personal information to companies, organizations and/or any third party.

The exceptions are the situations listed below.

Transfer of information to the Provider.

Monoup may transfer information to the Provider, who meets the client’s requirements, in order to provide the service of recommendation Provider's payment service to the client website if requested.

Transfer of information in cases provided for by law. Your personal information may be disclosed in cases where such a requirement is put forward by the competent authorities, in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

Monoup assumes the following responsibilities:
